        Verdict

        With most of these runners out of form this is going to be a very difficult and open seller to predict. George Romney continues to prove hard to win with and his only run at this track gives little confidence. At his best he would be a big danger in this company but has to prove himself effective on the surface. Italian Affair is another in moderate form and is better known as a sprinter, so this trip looks very much against him. Sal's Gal is another racing over an unknown trip but she has often suggested it might not be beyond her and her stable remains in great form. In contrast Jungle Lion will welcome the step back in trip and should make a bold bid. He is well in at the weights and gets the vote. Malmand has very moderate form but was not disgraced last time out and any improvement would give him place claims.
