Verdict
Tip Toes hails from a stable popping up with the odd winner, and he can land this handicap from Mr Kalandi and Fransiscan. The selection rarely runs a bad race and put up another stout display last time when finishing fourth behind some much higher rated performers. Back in handicap company very well treated and looks the one to be on. Fransiscan is trained by Pat Haslam who continues in great form. This son of Fraam was fifth in a selling nursery at Beverley in August and doesn't look overburdened on his all-weather debut. Mr Kalandi appears to be best of the others having put in an improved performance last time when finishing third to Transvestite at Wolverhampton. It is a very tricky contest to assess, but Tip Toes is one of the more consistent performers in the field and gets the vote.
