      Verdict

Sol Rojo is the pick over Equilibria, with La Via Ferrata and Danebank likely to get involved. Sol Rojo has won two of his last four starts, including in a similar contest at Haydock in September when partnered by today's pilot, the trainer's son Simon. Successful three times here in the past, he looks set to play a leading role. Equilibria was a beaten joint-favourite on his last Flat start at Goodwood in August, since when he has been kept in trim over hurdles. The only time that Hayley Moore has ridden him, he was narrowly denied at Chepstow in July, and another good run is on the cards. La Via Ferrata has plenty of weight for a three-year-old but has winning form here to his name, while Danebank has only one win in 35 career starts to his name, and that was over two years ago. Sol Rojo in contrast has quickly got the winning habit, and can be supported again here.
