        Verdict

        Jimmy The Guesser gets a confident vote to win this maiden with Rapsgate and Sandwith rating the main dangers. The selection was a fair second in a much better race behind Trafalga Bay last time out, and if he acts on this surface he need only run up to that mark to score. Rapsgate rates the main danger on his best form but he has not progressed as expected and at likely odds he looks worth opposing. Sandwith is another worthy of respect on his best form but his best effort of late has been over six furlongs and for that reason he is opposed. Mistatake was a fair third behind Tilly's Dream last time out and is another with place claims as his stable continue in top form but the drop in distance has to be of concern. Of the remainder Macs All Heart is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but for the winner we return to Jimmy The Guesser.
