Verdict
Mohi, beaten a neck in a novices' contest here in August, went one better in a nursery on a return visit and a 5lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent another bold bid. KIT GABRIEL was always travelling like a winner at Pontefract on his nursery debut and won eased down. He also has a 5lb rise to contend with and has never run here but looks progressive enough to go in again. Kingboard Star opened with a victory at Bath and has been racing in much stronger company subsequently including Group 3 and Listed events. This is a big drop in class and he looks a threat while Mercurial also ran in a better race at Chester.
