Verdict

We give one last chance to CASABLANCA MINX to score again ahead of Thornaby Green and Bye Baby Bunting. The pick for Gay Kellerway is an eight time winner on this surface and is now three pounds lower than here last winning mark, which came over course and distance. She was performing with credit under her rating mark with a few minor successes and looked like she was ready for a return to the winner's enclosure when fourth of 13 behind the useful, well useful for this standard, Play Up Pompey. Thornaby Green is also three pounds lower than his last winning rating but that came in August 2007. There are bits and pieces of form since but like with many of these nothing to get the heart rate up. Bye Baby Bunting has started to show a bit more after stepping up to a mile last time. She stayed on really well then to prove stamina for this trip when claiming second place and because she is unexposed is open to improvement. Moment Of Clarity and Machinate have started to to run a bit better recently and have claims.
