Verdict
Najaaba can defy topweight to complete a four-timer, with Cayman Sunrise, Debbie, and Givemethemoonlight three possible dangers. Najaaba has been in great form since winning her maiden at Southwell before Christmas, going on to land back-to-back handicaps there this month. She led on the bit when beating War Owl on Tuesday and should have more in the tank despite having to carry a penalty. She will go up in the weights when reassessed, so trainer Julie Feilden wants to run her quickly to take advantage of her current mark. Cayman Sunrise has been taken off her feet on two starts on Lingfield's Polytrack so the slower surface here might help. She has only had six career outings and so has a bit of scope. She does though have to reverse recent form with Givemethemoonlight who always seems to be there or thereabouts without managing to get her head in front. Debbie has had a break since finishing third at Salisbury in August and has her first outing for trainer Barry Leavy. Former handler Ian wood reckoned that she was still well handicapped when gaining her latest victory at Lingfield so if fit enough, she can make the frame at least. Danger Bird and Maggie's Pet could go well at big prices, but for the winner, it has to be Najaaba in the finale.
