Daisy Pooter gets in here on a decent mark for her handicap debut and is taken to beat the Nigel Tinkler pair Hopelessly Devoted and Three Strikes. David Barron's filly has only had three outings to date and has shown plenty of promise on each occasion. Her most recent effort came at Southwell when beaten nine lengths by the 71 rated My Gaucho, she wasn't given a hard time once her chance had gone and with just 8st 12lbs on her back today she must be in with a chance. Hopelessly Devoted was last seen out in September when fourth in a competitive Redcar nursery. If she can show the same standard of form her on the all-weather she should be in the shake up. Stable companion Three Strikes showed her best form to date when a close up third over the seven furlong trip at Lingfield last time and should be suited by this drop in distance. Banded stakes winner Hiamovi is in good form and but could be best of the remainder, but Daisy Pooter has been given a fair chance by the handicapper and gets the vote.
