In depth

Verdict

Athmad bids for a hat-trick though finished behind Dingle when the latter scored at Lingfield. Sarvan won at the same track last month but is 5lb higher while FOUNTAIN CROSS carries a penalty for last week’s course and distance success. But the latter has improved for switching to Alan King’s yard and racing on the all-weather and looks worth sticking with in this. Dawaam returns from Bahrain and won a handicap off a higher mark at this time last year.
