Course and distance winner Sashay could follow up despite an eight-pound rise in the ratings and a 58-day break, with any number rated as dangers. Marmaduke landed a gamble at Southwell in July 2002 but has a long absence to overcome, and Snow's Ride clearly has a chance based on his Turf form - if he translates it this surface. Lapadar has chances if getting back to his best form, while Digger's second over course and distance last time brings him into the equation. Toni Alcala, held by Snow's Ride on Turf form, is another that will have his supporters, and E Minor is back to near a winning mark. The lightly-raced Red Scorpion hails from a stable in form and Fast Cindy could go well as she has shown some level of form on Turf. It's a tricky race, one in which course form might count so we'll go for Sashay.
