A good chance for KALIMANKA to break her maiden tag; the dangers include Arashi and Starburst. The selection has been contesting better races than this over in Ireland and should appreciate the easier grade this afternoon. She should stay the slightly longer trip and from a good draw she may be hard to beat. Venture Capitalist has been a no-show over hurdles of late, Starburst has had easier opportunities, whilst Chatanoogachoochoo needs to improve for this longer trip which isn't assured judging by her pedigree. Kieren Fallon is back on-board Arashi which is a bonus but the horse looks pretty trip-less, whilst Moscow Oznick tries cheek-pieces after a lacklustre Southwell run. The ex-Michael Jarvis inmate Maraased has contested some better races and needs a market check on this second start for Steve Gollings (soft ground perhaps not suit at Chester last time out), however it is the top-rated Kalimanka who can prevail.
