        Verdict

        NEAROOZ made a winning debut in October when scoring over 7f at Newmarket. She beat a subsequent winner and with this extra distance expected to suit Roger Varian’s 1000 Guineas entry, she gets the vote to defy a penalty. New Jazz was less impressive at Newmarket last term though showed some ability when third on her debut while Sadler's Soul drops back from 1m2f with headgear added having gone close at Lingfield on last month’s introduction. Hikayah is improving and could be thereabouts with Jaidaa a newcomer to keep an eye on.
