Verdict

A competitive field goes to post for the first on the card but on closer inspection the principals appear to be Zack Facta, Cape St Vincent and Jalouhar and we will take a chance on Zack Facta who was a fair sixth behind Manaar last time. The colt from the Nick Litmoden yard is sure to appreciate this extra furlong and with the yard having a good record here he will be hard to beat. Cape St Vincent rates the main danger on his latest second over course and distance behind Noble Lady and a reproduction of that effort would see him go close. Jalouhar was behind Cape St Vincent on that occasion and there is no reason why he should reverse placings on the same terms. Of the remainder Largs would have a chance on his best form but he is none to consistent so we are happy to side with Zack Facta.
