        Verdict

        Caesar's Comet escapes a penalty for winning an apprentices’ race at Fairyhouse and is closely matched with Monumental Man on earlier running at Laytown when the latter came out the best. The King's Steed has been in fine form over 7f here and could go well if allowed an easy lead but Fantasy Justifier has yet to score on the all-weather and ran poorly here during the summer. TROTTER has been competing in plating races recently but this is no tougher. He counted Monumental Man among his victims when winning over track and trip early in the year and it could be his turn again today.
