In depth
Verdict
GEORGE DRYDEN and Merry Banter were both well beaten in higher grade sprints than this last time though the latter has yet to win on the all-weather. But the former scored at Lingfield back in February and races off the same mark today - Charlie Wallis’ charge may come out best. Rosina is not out of this either on an earlier success at Newcastle having slipped back down the weights and Secretfact won off today’s mark over 5f here last month while Meerpat and Powerful Dream were both successful in lower grade sprints in August.
