Verdict
Extra Large made a winning start in handicaps but something was amiss at Sandown last time. Zaajer is proving hard to win with but Catoca opened her account when winning over a mile at Kempton. Lexington Empire and Sicario have both been winning over today’s trip and can figure but a chance is taken on VERDIGRIS. She’s been placed over a mile in novice company and, with improvement expected over this longer trip now handicapping for the first time, Clive Cox’ filly gets the nod.
