Verdict
Well treated on his best form Seven No Trumps has surprisingly yet to sparkle since joining Milton Bradley and, along with Polish Emperor, he may have to settle for a minor role behind Inch By Inch. The selection is in the form of her life at present having won her last five starts and a 4lb rise for the latest of those successes may no prevent the in-form mare from completing a six timer. Top weight Polish Emperor has claims on the form shown when winning a handicap at Redcar in October and lost no caste in defeat behind Zarzu at Lingfield last time. He makes more appeal than the John Jenkins-trained Jagged, who has it to do off a career high mark. The lightly raced Great Fox seems to be running into form at the moment and has to be respected along with Hugh Morrison's Little Ridge, who is probably better than his most recent start at Lingfield would suggest and is closely matched with another of these, Global Achiever, on running here previously. Inch By Inch has done nothing wrong recently though and is taken to win again.
