      Verdict

Loaded Gun, Shifty, Vizulize and Emperor Cat are all shortlisted and the vote is given to the last mentioned. The selection hails from a yard in good form and he ran well last time out when second behind Kumakawa at Southwell over 7f. He will be suited by the step up in trip and with more luck in running he should take plenty of beating. Loaded Gun was a fair second behind Fraternity over this course and distance last time. That form has since been franked and although he is creeping up the weights he will not be far away at the finish. Shifty put up a fair effort and he wasn't beaten far behind Queenstown at Southwell last time but he has had plenty of chances of late and there look to be more solid options. Visualize is in good form at present and he looks to have a solid each-chance here but we are happy to stick with Emperor Cat as our idea of the winner.
