Verdict

Dancing Tilly is taken to score here with Halcyon Magic, Amusement and Debbie the most likely dangers. The selection failed to see out the trip when down the field as a beaten favourite at Southwell last time. She should have too much class for her rivals over this more suitable distance and she is the one they have to beat. Halcyon Magic would have claims on his turf form and he showed he was getting the hang of things on this surface when a fair third behind Fraternity last time. The step up in trip should be in his favour and he is worth noting in the market. Amusement was a fair third behind French Mannequin over this course and distance last time but he remains a maiden and has had plenty of chances so others are preferred. Debbie is the other to note on her return to the level after a spell over hurdles, but we are happy to stick with Dancing Tilly who is taken to lead them home.
