      Verdict

      Three-year-old handicaps at this time of year tend to be something of a lottery but it may be worth giving another chance to TEMPLE OF WONDER, who was too keen over 7f last time at Lingfield having shown speed over shorter trips earlier. Secret Ace has been knocking on the door recently and is another with solid claims while Slowmo can’t be ignored if he handles the step up from 5f. London Rock is probably more exposed than most but did win over this trip at Chelmsford in November and can be forgiven his latest run at Lingfield, where he was still blindfolded as the gates opened.
