    In depth

    Verdict

Roller won at Kempton before placing in a claimer here while Makambe was caught close home attempting to make all over track and trip last time. Courtside won his division of the same handicap here and is 3lb higher but Mostallim is proving best over 7f and Bankawi came up short at the track back in February. ABNAA never threatened over course and distance on his first outing since 2019 and debut for Antony Brittain. But the latter sent out last year’s winner and his new charge should be sharper today on only his second start in a handicap.
