        Verdict

        With her yard in scintillating form, PERFECTION, who has been a disappointing favourite in her two runs to date, may be capable of showing enough improvement to get off the mark. Roger Varian has three entries headed by Rasima, whose close second over the track and trip three weeks ago would be good enough to get her into the frame. Dance On The Day attracted support on her debut at Newmarket and can make progress this campaign while Simon Crisford's newcomer Pride's Gold, who is out of a winning miler in the USA, is one to keep an eye on.
