In depth

Verdict

Old Harry Rocks couldn’t justify favourite at Fontwell last month and the winner was well beaten next time. PETIVILLE is preferred as he followed up a debut second over hurdles at Stratford with a close-up third at Perth and looks to be on an upward curve. Burrows Lane was placed twice at Uttoxeter in the autumn but has been off the track since disappointing at Stratford in October. Global Bonus has shown promise but may also need this and Broken Quest’s win came in a point-to-point back in January.
