Verdict

Dexcite looked promising on early starts for Tom George but has presumably had issues and has yet to rekindle the spark after a lengthy break. His penultimate start did indicate that the ability is still there and he is the one to note in the market. Mercian King is a good servant for Amy Murphy and is interestingly sent over hurdles whilst MIss Spent has to be of consideration on her first run since November for Team Skelton. The best of her form gives her every chance but G FOR GINGER returned from an absence to oblige with plenty in hand at Uttoxeter and the course and distance scorer is taken to follow up that smooth success under today's 10lb claimer, Rex Dingle, in the saddle for that Staffordshire success.
