Verdict
Though the stable is not in the best of form Simplify looks the call here ahead of Wilko and Striking Endeavour. The David Loder-trained colt showed good speed on his debut at Newbury before fading close home. Expected to be better for that run he is the pick on breeding and can lend this receiving weight from some of his rivals. Striking Endeavour also hails from an out of form yard but there was much to like about his effort when winning a Folkestone Maiden Auction event last month and he should run the selection close under his penalty. Wilko could be a different proposition on a faster surface having struggled on heavy and soft going on his previous two starts but it should pay to side with Simplify for whom Darryll Holland looks a positive booking.
