      Verdict

      Trouble And Strife has improved over middle-distances this year at Lingfield but her winning run came to an end over this trip last time and she’s a pound higher here. Laughing Stranger is the unknown quantity having raced only four times. He makes his handicap but was still beaten more than 12 lengths when third over 1m5f at Chelmsford on his latest start. Nibras Galaxy was third when tried in cheekpieces at Haydock last month but now wears blinkers. GRACEFUL LADY was in good form off higher marks around this time last year. She’s back on the same mark as when only beaten half-a-length at Pontefract in May and may well outstay her younger rivals.
