      Verdict

      Arzaak has won at Lingfield and Brighton this year and races off the same mark as when only beaten half-a-length in this last year, though that was on soft going. Laith Alareen has rattled up a hat-trick under Jane Elliott this summer. Silvestre De Sousa has the reins today but the three-year-old has a further 8lb rise to contend with, though his latest victory has been franked. ZAC BROWN makes a quick reappearance after running in the Stewards’ Cup consolation at Goodwood on Saturday. He remains in top form and is only a pound higher than when winning at Chester in June. Ocelot is the only previous course winner in the line-up but disappointed last time and Foxy Forever remains out of sorts.
