        Verdict

        An ordinary contest that can go to Danish Blues, who wrestles preference form Tuscan Flyer and Charlie Delta. The habitually frustrating A Teen would also come into the reckoning if it could be guaranteed that he would go through with his effort. However, that is too much of a stab in the dark to recommend and we'll look elsewhere on this occasion. Charlie Delta has a good chance on the ratings and will no doubt be popular in the betting. However, the blinkers (he sports for the first time) will need to spark a big revival in his fortunes. Tuscan Flyer is a speedy type that can make life hard for the selection. Harvey Bastiman is a rare visitor to Yarmouth and his charge has a big chance of at least claiming some place prize money for their troubles. However, Danish Blues edges the verdict on the balance of recent form and, with the booking of Jamie Spencer suggesting that Don Cantillon means business, this looks a good opening for the son of Danetime to exploit.
