      Verdict

      Romancero is sure to attract support with Kieren Fallon doing the steering, and while he will be well suited by this step up in trip, he looks to face a stiff task giving weight away all round and preference is for Lommel. Course and distance winner Lunar Wind can be forgiven his below par effort at Windsor, as he didn't have the best of draws. He shouldn't be far away. However, the one they all have to beat is Lommel, who is out of a mare that won a couple of races at up to 12-furlongs, and is from the same family as Oaks winner Snow Bride. He is sure to know what is required and is taken to make a winning debut. Traytonic has more on his plate than when winning a seller at Doncaster and while he is open to improvement, he will need to. Lady Piste is a pacey filly and is open to some improvement at this trip, but she looks to face a stiff task against the colts.
