The race revolves around Limelight but Star Grazer and Beauchamp Warrior are capable of giving her something to think about. Director's Chair will surely not be allowed as easy a lead as he was last time and it would be a surprise to see him follow up but Neve Lieve may have a little left in the tank and could figure. However, preference is for Sir Mark Prescott's runner who is taken to defy a long absence. She was well held on all three starts at two but is tackling a trip more in keeping with her breeding for the first time this afternoon and is well related. Star Grazer has been making steady progress and should prove to be competitive from her revised mark whilst Beauchamp Warrior looked in need of this sort of trip at Carlisle when making a promising return from a short break. Trenchant is sure to have supporters but has his limitations and we prefer to take the chance that Limelight has read the script and is ready to take centre stage.
