Verdict

Indulged was an unlucky loser at Nottingham last time and easily holds Al Mayda on that run but she would need a career-best to figure in this grade. Titi Makfi has been running well in tough handicaps, however, and deserves a chance to try for some black type. Irish raider Beautiful Morning has only won a York maiden so far and that was in 2015. But she only found one too good in a Group 2 at the Curragh 10 days ago while Ouja, representing last year’s winning stable, might appreciate dropping back from 1m4f. Flood Warning was improving when last seen in the spring but this can go to HIGH HOPES (NAP). She’s weighted to reverse Doncaster running in May with Indulged and her fast-finishing second at Salisbury last month confirmed she’s still heading in the right direction.
