Verdict
Texas Gold had both Coastal Bluff and The Tatling behind when scoring at Newbury earlier in the season and is on a hat-trick bid following yesterday's Newmarket success. William Muir's charge is clearly a most progressive performer and may be able to offset a 7lb penalty. Connect is on a good mark but is also on a long losing sequence and is passed over while Roxanne Mill now looks in the handicapper's grip having enjoyed a profitable campaign.
