        Verdict

        Some of these have become hard to win with and this looks to be something of a die-hards only event. Therefore is may be prudent to give Honorine a chance to live up to her billing as top weight after a promising debut in handicap company at Brighton on her reappearance. She is still on a very fair mark despite being raised 2lb for that effort and a similarly gutsy effort can enable her to see off the likes of Dreams Forgotten and Zaynatt, who are both exposed as being ordinary. Half Inch will have her supporters after her surprise victory at Warwick earlier in the month, but she is 4lb higher today and it remains to be seen how well she will fare if the cheeckpieces have the same effect this time around.
