        Verdict

        At 9,200gns, Ashbourne Lady could prove to be a relatively cheap buy and did very little wrong on her debut at Thirsk last month. She was bumped at the start and ran green when she was asked to quicken at the halfway stage. However, she stayed on with resolution once she got the hang of things and escapes a penalty for that success here. Yarrita and Mesmerised are both respected but have a little to prove after disappointing efforts last time so T C Flyer may be the best each way alternative now that she is stepped up in trip.
