Verdict

The handicapper refuses to show Frontier Vic any mercy but Ryan Hatch's mount seems sure to be in the firing-line again here. Masterofdeception represents a yard in cracking form but has a penalty for last week's win at Ffos Las and Unknown Legend also carries extra after scoring at Fakenham 12 days ago. PERFECT CANDIDATE won on the bridle at Wetherby at the end of last month and that will have done wonders for his confidence. He may finally be ready to build on earlier promise so gets the vote here. At Reception looks the pick of his yard's two runners but veteran Aggie's Lad may find a few of these too quick.
