Vesperal Dream justified short odds at Newton Abbot last month but has already been chasing and his future lies over the larger obstacles. No Substitute is probably having a confidence-booster but Cape York didn't appear to stay 3m at Uttoxeter and might do better back over this shorter trip while Allbarnone didn't far badly on his hurdling debut at Wetherby when ahead of Man In Black. MAWAQEET has the build of a jumper but ran well in some hot staying handicaps on the Flat last year. He can make a winning debut over timber with McCoy doing the steering.
