In depth
Verdict
A weak looking maiden to open up with but Abragante from the Pipe stable looks the one to stay on the right side of and gets the vote. Unexposed with only three runs under his belt Abragante got off the mark first time of asking in a bumper and since been placed in his first two outings over hurdles. He has come up against some tidy horses in both those defeats but this time it looks as though his head will reach the front. The German bred newcomer Predator looks to pose possibly the biggest danger as he will have been well schooled and has the services of McCoy and any market moves must be noted. The same is said for the Barney Curly trained Ndola who has yet to show his true potential. But for the winner we return to Abragante.
