In depth
Verdict
The three worth noting here are Lonesome Man, Baikaline and Moscow Dancer with the strong vote going to the last named. Moscow Dancer has come back to his best with back to back wins at Perth and Kelso and is bidding for his hat-trick and should strike while the iron is hot. Although he has top weight and is giving weight all around he still looks well treated and can score again. Lonesome Man came good at Stratford last time out for Richard Phillips and is now in the hands of new trainer Timmy Vaughan. He looks up against it here though and may struggle to follow up. Baikaline looks more interesting as he comes from a yard in form he won a little race at Plumpton in March and will be fresh today. But for the winner we return to Moscow Dancer.
