    Verdict

Arctic Fox was pulled up on his only previous try over hurdles more than two years ago but has won five times on the Flat. Father Of Jazz came good at Kempton at the start of the month having a first run for new connections but Buxted Too has never won on Turf. The going has been soft for GAIUS’ two runs over hurdles so far and he’s entitled to do much better on this quicker surface. Olly Murphy’s four-year-old gets the nod as VE Day disappointed at Ludlow after beating three rivals at Musselburgh.
