Verdict
Kadrizzi won the Shergar Cup sprint here last month but a 6lb rise proved beyond him back over course and distance on his latest start. ORNATE has been thereabouts in classified events recently and separated a couple of higher rated horses when runner-up to Caspian Prince, rated 107, at Beverley. The Haggas colt should go very close with a similar effort back in a handicap today. Symposium is upped in class under a penalty as she bids for hat-trick and Vibrant Chords was only second in a lower grade sprint at Thirsk last time. But Highly Sprung has won three times so far this year and will appreciate the return to faster going having finished well ahead of Mazzini when scoring at Yarmouth earlier in the month.
