Verdict

Soul Angel was having his first start since March when running away with a Musselburgh handicap last month. but he's been raised 7lb which appears harsh as it was a very poor event. Posh Bird has a very poor strike-rate here and in Ireland but ran quite well for a long way on her reappearance at Market Rasen in November and Lucy Alexander's claim will help. Negus De Beaumont has won five times over hurdles but never over fences and he's run badly on his last four starts and though Outlaw Tom is capable of a big run he generally makes too many mistakes. WHATS UP WOODY looked a progressive chaser when scoring at Carlisle in March. He ran well for a long way before fading on his return in a much stronger event at Haydock last month and with that under his belt can defy his big weight here.
