In depth

Verdict

Ruth Carr’s horses appear to be running into form and DARKER is of interest now the gelding is stepped back up in trip. Our Dickie won a handicap at Hamilton in May and would have serious claims at today’s weights. Reverberation made the frame at Leopardstown earlier in the season and the booking of Paul Mulrennan appears a positive. Navy Wren ran respectably in an event over further at Beverley and any money for the Michael Dods inmate would be noteworthy under the circumstances. Banner Road drops into plating company for the first time.
