Verdict

Saeed Bin Suroor has only had three runners at Ayr over the last five years so he’ll be hoping that DUBAI SOUQ can justify the long trip having failed to justify market leadership at Windsor on his return to action. Chriszoff proved on Lingfield’s turf that he handles the green stuff just as well as the sand and will be popular. Old Smoke has won on a softer surface at Thirsk and was not disgraced in a subsequent run at Newbury. Tilsitt and Sophiesticate are previous winners over course and distance and could conceivably give the market leaders a fright.
