Verdict
Nicky Henderson runs two in this but Nico de Boinville partners MONBEG LEGEND, who is 3-6 over fences and has his ground. His placed form in the autumn has also worked out well and fitness is unlikely to be an issue. Stablemate Lough Derg Spirit holds Cool Mix on the form book but Castafiore is a tough mare who can be forgiven her run in the JLT at Cheltenham when behind Vinndication. Louis’ Vac Pouch couldn’t live with Top Ville Ben at Wetherby but a drop back in trip should help and an easy win at Wincanton should have boosted the confidence of Secret Investor. Stamina could be an issue for Ballywood.
