In depth

Verdict

Dodgy Bob followed up a victory at Hamilton with a third over this course and distance last week and should be thereabouts again. Burmese Blazer weakened quickly on his reappearance at Hamilton but should strip fitter today and Red Bravo attracted market support at Windsor after a fourth at Chepstow but missed the break. NORTHERN QUEEN is another looking to recoup losses after starting favourite at Redcar. Ben Robinson dropped his whip, which didn’t aid her cause, and compensation awaits here if the cheekpieces have the desired effect.
