Verdict
A low grade handicap to end the day and the vote goes to Bandos while Earlston and Razotti look the chief dangers. Ian Semple's charge opened his account in spectacular fashion when making all the running to land a minor event over course and distance by four lengths on his most recent start. A lightly raced type who remains open to further improvement, the son of Cayman Kai looks capable of following up if similar positive tactics are employed by his useful apprentice rider. Earlston landed a seller in emphatic fashioon at this track last term but has generally struggled in better company since and he may have to settle for minor honours on this occasion. Razotti was a strong finishing runner-up in a five-furlong handicap at Leicester last time but remains a maiden and is far from certain to last hone over this longer trip so Bandos looks the safest option to follow up his recent C&D success.
