Ina competitive finale, Tough Love gets the nomination ahead of H Harrison and Sentiero Rosso. Back to the mark from which he won at Thirsk in June, Tough Love has to be considered today, and a nearest at finish effort over six furlongs last time should have primed him for this. H Harrison has been running well from today's mark over six furlongs of late and the step up to seven should also suit him and he is respected. A fair run from today's mark at Yarmouth last time brings Flying Bantam into the reckoning, while Dispol Katie ought to be able to win from her current mark, but we have been saying that for a while now. It would be no surprise to see Sentiero Rosso get amongst things, while Fair Shake now races from the mark from which he won in May 2005, so can be given a chance on that basis, and you can build the case for one or two others but, overall, we are happy enough to side with Tough Love.
