This is a wide open race in which Lord Temuchin, Greenaway Bay and Noble Pursuit all have have solid claims, but the vote goes to Unshaken. The selection ran a cracker at York on Thursday behind Adjawar and a reproduction of that effort here would make him hard to beat. He is tough and consistent and although he is steadily rising in the weights he may be worth taking a chance on here. Lord Temuchin would be the main danger but he may not go here as he was due to run at Ayr on Monday. He has been an unlucky loser on each of his last two starts and if he does run, he would a solid chance. Noble Pursuit has been freshened up for this and could go well although he has been expensive to follow this season so is opposable on that basis. Greenaway Bay would have chances on his best form but is looking a little high in the weights at present, while of the rest Erupt is a course and distance winner and with a claimer on board could be interesting. Not an easy race to predict, but Unshaken rarely runs a bad race and is the selection to gain his reward here.
