        Verdict

        Plenty of old favourites here with most of the field well exposed and known to punters. Best recent form belongs to Thanks Max who ran a fair race over course and distance here in a claimer on ground that may not have been too suitable. He should appreciate this slower surface and is the TEAMtalk selection. The in-form Nigel Tinkler sends out Mount Royale who has proven ability on this ground and has an excellent chance of recording his first turf success if handling this slight step up in trip. Dark Victor runs well at this time of the year and has shown he handles an easy surface in the past. Willie Supple is an interesting booking and could spring a surprise.
