      Verdict

Another wide open contest rounds off the card and many would have chances on there best form but the principals look to be Balwearie , York Cliff and Ego Trip, and the narrow vote is given to the last named. The selection is well weighted on his best form will appreciate the step up in trip and in a small field he looks the value bet in an open affair. Balwearie rates the main danger on his latest fifth behind Zarova but that form has since been let down and he looks vulnerable on that basis.York Cliff is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is best off a strong pace and as that does not look likely he looks worth taking on. Copplestone ran well after a long absence last time and if he does not bounce he will not be far away but that is a big if. Of the remainder Duroob is from a yard in form and could go well at a price but for the winner we are happy to return to Ego Trip to small stakes.
